I purchased Eden, the master course and this cookbook and it’s totally worth it in my opinion! I see so many people out there struggling with sourdough but honestly it’s been pretty darn simple and attainable for me so far! Amanda does a great job in the master course in showing method and things to look for vs. exact gram measurements or times as environment can play a huge factor. Which set me up with so much success with her cookbook. It’s been almost one week since my starter became active and I’ve done 4 recipes so far and each came out so good for my first attempt. I’m so happy with my purchase and love having the physical cookbook on my counter to refer to with all the steps.
