After years of working towards offering our customers the highest quality Einkorn grain for fresh-milled sourdough baking, it's FINALLY a reality!! This is a PRE-ORDER that will be ready for shipping by the end of April. We currently are on a "made to order" agreement for this first run or two. It takes the baggers 3-4 weeks to fill, so that's why it taking a little longer to ship.
We have officially partnered with a local company here in Utah that has a Regenerative (better than organic) 5-generation family Einkorn farm in France, whose practices boast the best Einkorn in the world. How the collaboration came about is pretty divinely inspired, but I'll share later. ;) We've been solely using this Einkorn grain for almost two years and I'm OBSESSED!!
The Einkorn grows in tandem with an ecosystem of other incredible flowers and plants that ensure the soil is extremely nutrient dense and NEVER sprayed with pesticides. Meaning, your gut will thank you, not only because it is never sprayed with harmful chemicals, but also because Einkorn is the ORIGINAL ancient grain and the most digestible grain for the human body. Before you receive it in bulk bags, the Einkorn also goes through an extensive laser filtering/cleaning process to ensure no sticks, rocks, or other debris are in any of your bags. I've personally bought other brands and found sticks and rocks that really hurt my previous grain mill. NOT COOL! The bags they come in will be moisture proof, bug proof, and can be stored for 25+ years, easily.
