Double Chocolate "Brownie Bread" Recipe

Yumm but had to punt….then it made me wish I didn’t have to pay for this recipe. The conversions from cups to grams were off for just about every ingredient. I get liquid vs solid but 3 cups and 2 cups don’t weigh the same. Stick with the cups measurements and don’t convert or you may get confused like I did!

I bought a recipe and when I printed it out it was missing whole words and chunks of the sentences. The recipe also didn't have clear info about the times between stretch and folds or how long to let it proof. I am a beginner and because of the lack of info I couldn't even use the recipe. I reached out on facebook and YouTube to ask for advice and she didn't reply to either message. Very unhappy that I paid for the recipe.

So fun to make and the family and the coworkers love it! Make sure to have your vent fan on, the sugar and chocolate in the dough will create some smoke. But the end result is beautiful and worth it.

I tried 3x, a lot of guess work for the cooking time for paying when there is plenty of tiktokers that don't charge. I found a new free recipe and better. Don't recommend, be cautious of those who gate keep.
