    Excited about my sourdough journey

    I’ve been wanting to get into sourdough/bread making for a while, but tbh I’ve been intimidated. A friend of mine recommended this starter/course to me and I’m happy I purchased! The videos are very helpful for someone who has nooo clue what they’re doing like me lol

    Eden rocks!

    Thanks to you I have a healthy and very active starter. Eden behaved exactly as the instructions description. It was a very user friendly process and instructions. I tried the stater instructions from KAB and not only didn’t work but it was frustrating. I baked my very first loaf of sourdough and I’m very happy with the result.
    Now, let’s get to the course. As much as I appreciate how simple and real you are, I think it’s important to give your best in every video. The final result was not optimal, you said it yourself, it was a dense loaf and in my opinion I would have never shared that suboptimal results. Remember, we’re learning and paying for this. Give your best always!
    In general, I love following you on social media. Real wife, mom and a baker, big family and a believer. Influencers like you make social media a better place and I love to support you and your business. Keep shining with your own light, keep growing, failed forward and repeat! Looking forward to learn more from you!

    Very little content

    This course was less than what I’ve learned on YouTube for free. There were few, if any, “tips”. I don’t feel like I learned anything which is a bummer. I suppose I am “intermediate” based on what this course teaches. I was super disappointed as, I’d hoped, to learn new techniques. Insider tips, etc. It’s definitely very very basic and doesn’t show anything that isn’t taught on YouTube for free😩

    I would have given up on my sourdough journey had it not been for Sourdough Sparrow. Her starter ratio went against everything else I had read but it made ALL the difference. The videos in Mastering the Art of Sourdough are AMAZING. My first loaf was perfection. My only criticism is that the video instructions in Mastering the Art are different from the printed recipe instructions. That part is very confusing.
