    Being a new sourdough mom I would have loved to learn how often to feed the sourdough as well as how much. Not to mention how to bring it back to life after sticking it in the fridge. I bought this course thinking I’d learn the basics of sour dough and I feel like those important things were missing.

    The content in itself is great, very helpful. There are some videos that could use some redoing, but I believe they are already working on that. Sometimes the sound cuts out, you can’t hear her talking but overall, I’m glad I purchased.

    So glad I now have the online course and the printed cookbook! I’m old fashioned and still love touching and feeling a printed cookbook! Plus I can add notes. I just love the smell and feel of making bread, thank you for sharing your recipes and all your stories. FYI, you sent the cookbook Priority Post with estimated delivery Feb 28th, I did not receive until March 2nd. Not a problem for me, but I think you should be getting better service from the post office. Lori in Fayetteville, GA. P.S. My youngest daughter (39) got me back into making sourdough bread, successfully this time around!!

    I love how each step is explained and demonstrated. Some parts are a little hard to hear, but understandable. Highly recommend this as a beginner!
