I’ve been working on my own sourdough for almost two years and just haven’t ever really been great. Once rehydrated I could already tell I was going to have amazing bread!

Have been a tiktok follower for a while now and was actually inspired by Amanda to start making sourdough bread and other recipes! Recently had my 2 year old starter grow mold and didn’t want to go through the beginning sourdough phase all over again. The instructions were extremely helpful and so easy to follow! Less than a week and I’m back on the sourdough grind! So thankful for the knowledge and yummy recipes from Amanda!
