Grateful New Sourdough Baker

I've wanted to dive into the sourdough journey for years, with limited but undesired success. It wasn't until I was gifted a dehydrated Eden starter and purchased the Heavenly Hydrated Sourdough recipe that I felt like this was something I could do. Sourdough Sparrow has developed an amazing recipe that is easy to follow and yields fantastic and delicious results every time!
I would recommend this recipe for anyone, whether they're an experienced sourdough baker or just getting started!

Overall, very happy with the recipe.

This made two large loaves which I was happy with. I don’t have access to some of the flour mentioned in the UK so I swapped to Rye Flour. In my second batch I decided add 300g of flour as it was so sticky the first time. This maybe due to the change in flour and the environment I’m working in over here, I could have reduced the water instead but I didn’t think at the time. Overall, very happy with the recipe. Thank you

Love this recipe! It came with my Eden starter. You of course need to be proactive with sourdough because there’s a lot to learn including knowing your oven + kitchen. However with the recipe card + Amanda’s IG videos, it’s an easy follow along!
